Chelsea has been offered the chance to sign Belgium captain Eden Hazard from Real Madrid barely two years after becoming a galactico.

The 30-year-old has only been in the Spanish capital for two years following his £89million transfer from the Blues in the summer of 2019, but his time in Madrid has been marred by injury problems and fitness problems.

Current Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has backed hazard to have a successful career if he rejoins Chelsea once again.

“He is a top quality player and a key player for many years at this club and this league, the hardest in the world,” Tuchel said on Hazard. “So consistent. I have the biggest respect for him. He is a big player, we have many people here who know him well.

Along with Tuchel, former Manchester United captain Gary Neville has backed Tuchels on the plans of Eden Hazard. “For purity, and pure football, when you’re five, six, seven years old, he is the best player to watch along with David Silva. It’s like poetry,” Neville said in April 2019 on Sky Sports.
